Description

10 weekly sessions of 1.5 hours via video conference

  1. Listen to raise awareness of the real problem: are you able to listen to your collaborators without thinking about the solution you will propose, risking responding to the wrong problem with the wrong solution? With the meta-model and active listening, help your collaborators become aware of their true problem.
  2. Clarify to take action: why do your collaborators sometimes struggle to get moving even when they have a clear and measurable goal? Discover the goal clarification in six questions to enhance motivation, check ecology, make the goal more concrete, and identify necessary resources.
  3. Know to motivate sustainably: Are your collaborators aligned between what they do and who they are? Are you sure that you have placed them in a position that allows them to capitalize on their talents and nurture their deep motivational levers? With the Pyramid and Growth Curve, you will have the right tools to achieve this.
  4. Organize to work less and better: are you really working on what matters? Or are you caught in the endless spiral of always wanting more? Learn through tools to prioritize what counts, free up time, and protect yourself from interruptions (dailies success, moment of truth, agendami, surfing desires)
  5. Revision Session #1 - In this first revision session, we will take a step back on all the tools learned to put them into perspective within the ECS (Listen, Clarify, Support) approach of the WILL method.
  6. Communicate assertively and constructively: do you communicate to convince or to understand? Discover NVC for having constructive discussions even on conflicting topics.
  7. Collaborate to multiply a group's impact: how much do you limit the number of participants in your meetings at the risk of depriving yourself of the collective intelligence of the group? To convince yourself, discover 1-2-4-All, and of course User Manual to adapt your interactions based on different profiles.
  8. Reveal speak unspoken words to create a trusting relationship despite hierarchy: would you say that the relationship between you and your collaborators leans more towards a “Parent-child” or “Adult-Adult” type relationship? Discover how to reveal unspoken words like disagreements (Diss-agreements) or criticisms (Tuner) and create trust.
  9. Reinforce the positive to reconcile kindness with demand: how can one ensure a high level of quality while remaining kind? How can one monitor the proper execution of tasks assigned to collaborators without falling into a “command and control” posture? By reinforcing positivity, whether in the environment (Positive Intention), or behaviors (Aspiring Feedback).
  10. Revision Session #2 : in this final session of training, now that you master the main tools of the method, you will review the holistic approach ECS(Listen-Clarify-Solve) to solve all problems you encounter daily. An excellent way to put into practice everything you've learned!

2 target audiences for this training: employees (managers or individual contributors) or supporters (coach, recruiter, mentor, HR)

 

  • Employees can come from any background: managers, individual contributors, executives... The WILL Academy provides them with tools to learn how to better manage themselves on a daily basis and to better manage others.
  • Supporters are generally coaches, recruiters, consultants, mentors, HR professionals... Their job is to support Talents and the WILL Academy can then help them become a WILL Agent.

Prérequis

No prerequisites are required for the training.

Modalités pédagogiques

  • Reduced promotions (max. 8 people)
  • Practice above all (70% of the sessions)
  • A supportive environment
  • A permanent anchoring (quizzes between sessions, reviews at the beginning of sessions...)
  • An expert trainer (80 hours of training)

Evaluation is continuous during sessions with real-time feedback:

  • Revisions at the beginning of sessions where students are questioned
  • Instant feedback during exercises
  • Final assessment through case studies
  • Self-assessment at the end of the program

Pre-registration online here, then a delay of 2 to 6 weeks while the promotion is filled. The final schedule is only set once all participants are registered and have indicated their recurring unavailability.
